Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Camlenio's software development services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

• Camlenio : refers to our software development company
• Services : refer to the software development services provided by Camlenio Software
• Client : refers to the individual or entity receiving the services from Camlenio Software
• Agreement : refers to these Terms and Conditions

Services

Camlenio Software agrees to provide software development services to the Client according to the specifications outlined in the project proposal.

Payment

The Client agrees to pay Camlenio Software the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered. Payment terms and schedule will be outlined in the project proposal.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, and trademarks, related to the software developed by Camlenio for the Client, shall belong to the Client upon full payment of fees.

Protecting Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the project confidential. This includes but is not limited to project details, business processes, and technical information.

Warranties

Camlenio guarantees that the developed software will be free from defects for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. Any defects found during this period will be immediately resolved by Camlenio without any additional charges to the customer. But this service charge will be applicable only for those defects which are confirmed at the time of agreement. If there is any other defect then it will be charged separately.

Limitation of Liability

Camlenio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the Agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of receiving written notice.

Amendment

These Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by Camlenio Software at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them.
